Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Final sale items and intimates are not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@artigostore.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us at support@artigostore.com to get started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll make it right immediately.
