Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@artigo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal value. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
